Sultansdxb ("we") operates a private, self-hosted scheduling tool at postiz.sultansdxb.com. It is used only by its owner to create and schedule posts on the owner's own social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Pinterest). It is not offered to the public.

What data we access

• Basic profile information of the connected accounts (name, username, profile picture, account or page ID).
• Access tokens issued by each platform, so posts can be published on the owner's behalf.
• The content we publish (text, images, videos) and basic post statistics provided by the platform.

How we use it

Only to publish and schedule the owner's posts and show their performance. We do not sell, rent or share data with third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models.

Where it is stored

On a privately owned server controlled by the owner. Access tokens are kept only as long as an account stays connected.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting an account in the tool, or removing the app in the platform's settings, deletes its stored tokens. See Data Deletion for details.
